After over 15 years in financial consulting, mortgage and retail banking, Affinity Ventures Northwest, LLC was founded by David Pitt, a life-long native of the Pacific Northwest and avid boater.

After an initial start in residential property investment and management, the firm quickly branched into commercial, industrial, marina and other waterfront properties in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

The firm has remained family-owned and operated while owning and/or managing a real estate investment portfolio exceeding $40 million dollars around the Puget Sound.
